Confusing Facts About Food: How to Take It Wisely!

When it comes to food, what you eat is what you believe. And what you believe comes from your environment. The problem is sometimes what they called “facts” could be confusing and contradict each other. So which one is to be believed? Easy example: what do you think about bacon? fatty, high cholesterol, high sodium? How about it is actually “super food”, just like milk. Oh, how about milk. So, you know milk is good ? When Cooking, Does The Passion Transfered Into The Food ?

When a masterchef cooks a master dish, does the passion got transfered to the food ? Or only the recipe rules the taste? Say 10 people that have similar cooking skill and cook the same dish following a recipe. Will the food taste differently? Yes, probably most agree with this. But how about the same person cook the same dish for 10 days in a row following the same recipe, provided the raw ingredient more less the same, will the taste of the dish varies according to the mood and passion of the chef ?
