Confusing Facts About Food: How to Take It Wisely!

When it comes to food, what you eat is what you believe. And what you believe comes from your environment. The problem is sometimes what they called “facts” could be confusing and contradict each other. So which one is to be believed? Easy example: what do you think about bacon? fatty, high cholesterol, high sodium? How about it is actually “super food”, just like milk. Oh, how about milk. So, you know milk is good ? How about if it isn’t, then ? Is egg good or bad ?
